How can we help?
Find your way around your account, your plans and Davos.
Getting into your account
Use Reset your password if you cannot sign in. Account links expire; request a new link if an old one no longer works. Check your spam folder if an email has not arrived.
Manage your password, sessions, data download and deletion in Your account. If you use Davos Society on a shared device, sign out when you finish.
Building your agenda
Save events with the bookmark button, then open My agenda. Switch between List and Calendar. The calendar shows one day on phones and Monday–Friday on wider screens; weekend dates are also available. Overlapping events appear side by side, and incomplete times are shown separately.
Application statuses are your own tracking notes. A saved event or an “Accepted” status entered here does not confirm a place. Register with the organizer and check its confirmation.
Walking between events
On the Davos map, choose two saved events or mapped venues to see the path and an estimated walking time. Allow extra time for snow, crowds, security checks and the final approach to an entrance. Event instructions and local closures take precedence over the map.
Submitting or correcting an event
Open For organizers, create or join an organization, and submit an event for review. Organization and event verification happen before publication. Changes to published listings are reviewed while the current listing remains available.
When reporting an incorrect listing, include the event page and an official source for the correction. Avoid sharing private invitation links or other people’s personal information.
Contact support
Email support@davossociety.com with the page address, device/browser and what happened. Never send a password, account recovery link or private invitation token.
Davos Society is independent of the World Economic Forum. Event access and registration decisions belong to each organizer.
